Dear girls,

I mentioned last Friday that I want all forms to be in by TODAY. And I mentioned that I wanted the Patrol Leaders to collect and hand them up to me as a patrol. When I say "hand in as a patrol", I mean it. DO NOT think that I'm joking.

It makes your Patrol Leader's job easier, if you all cooperate with her.

Also, when your seniors give you a call, please answer them promptly, or if your P.L does not call you up in a week, please call your P.L instead and ask about the activities that week.

All in all, there should be no communication break-down in any of your patrols. If the P.L is unable to call the patrol members, the P.S should do the job. And report to your P.L after you've collected the responses.

After today, if your forms are not in by 5pm, you will have to do CORRECTIVE WORK ORDER for the company. And I mean it.
