Dear Guides,

Please be reminded that there is a meeting tomorrow at 3.30pm at Room C02-02. It should last till 5.30pm.

Attendance is compulsory for all, from Sec 1 to 5. If you decide to make full payment for your subscription fees till Oct, please bring the necessary funds. You will need to pay $8 for March to October. If you do not wish to make full payment, please bring $1 to pay for March's subscription.

We have a number of things to discuss tomorrow; among others Sabah trip, HQ Fun courses and Profi Badges. As I've only received 4 forms for the Sabah trip, there should be more. Please bring your forms tomorrow.

I hope to see a good turnout tomorrow. Please help to pass the message around.

Have a good lunch before the meeting. You can come in school uniform, no need to change into half u. Thank you.

Hey guides!

Tomorrow meet at 12.00pm SHARP. Yeah, SHARP! LATE COMERS WILL BE PUNISHED. ONE FOR ALL. ALL FOR ONE. NUMBER OF PUNISHMENT WILL BE THE NUMBER OF MINUTES/HOURS THE LAST PERSON IN THE CONTINGENT COMES. So far, we have not done any punishment before. So, please be punctual tomorrow.


Attire:
1)Full Guides uniform (sew all badges and ranks, HAT, Whistle and penknife, belt, trefoil polished, world badge)

2)Black boots POLISHED.

3)White Gloves

4)Black hairband, rubber band, hair clips

5)Bring perfume/deodorant if you want.haha =)

6)Socks at least 4 fingers above your ankle.

7)Water bottle.


EVERYONE MUST clip up your fringe and make sure that NO HAIR covering your faces. Those with long hair(long enough to tie up) MUST PLAIT YOUR HAIR. If your socks is lower than 4 fingers, you will have to buy a longer socks. We will be practising our drills. Practice makes perfect!haha... Do not go home as lunch WILL be provided.

Those involved in the parade rehearsal tomorrow, don't forget to meet me at 2.00pm outside guides room. Please be punctual!=) Attire: orange tee + guides skirt AND DON"T FORGET TO BRING WHITE GLOVES. please have your lunch before coming.

The reserved MUST also come in their half uniform. Patrol leaders please remind your members. thank you.

Listen up:

Tomorrow roll call in ORANGE TEE + GG SKIRT at 7.20am, WITH WHISTLE AND PENKNIFE AND CORD.You have to bring at least ONE BALL OF TWINE PER PATROL,patrol leaders buy the twine.(to tie gadgets)
AND MUST BRING WATERBOTTLE.(preferably 1.5 litre bottle)
AS USUAL,PLEASE PUT YOUR NAME ON YOUR BELONGING.

Hey guides!!! Its been a while since I post! haha..

Anyway..as you all know,we will be having our Guides Camp this coming monday and tuesday. I hope that everyone will be coming.

Please report in guides skirt + orange tee at 7.20am sharp on Monday. If you are under any medication, please bring your medication along..and if you are asthmatic, bring your inhalers. We will be sleeping under the canvas tent.

For those who have never slept under a canvas tent before, don't miss this rare chance..hehe. The patrol names are Loyalty, Care, respect and Honest. The theme for the camp is Friendship.And these is what you should have in friendship. All the Sec 4s will only guide you. The sec 3s must learn to takeover the company as we will be stepping down soon.

Patrol leaders and patrol seconds please CALL your Sec 1s and tell them as they might not know our blog's URL. Refer to the back of the letter for packing list. Sec 1s fall in in PE tee and school shorts.

Ms gan want everyone to collect dried twigs for outdoor cooking for next week's camp. It must really be dried. Compulsory for all. Meet Ms Gan on Thursday outside Girl Guide room at 2.30pm to give her the dried twigs.

A reminder to those involve in the parade: There will be a rehearsal with all the Uniform Groups on Thursday, 11 March 2010. Please be in your half uniform. If there is any changes, message will be pass down from your patrol leaders/second.
